Product Introduction of Silicon Nitride Ceramic Rings

High-hardness silicon nitride ceramic rings (Si₃N₄) are high-performance engineering ceramic products with the following significant characteristics:

1. High hardness: Vickers hardness reaches 14-16 GPa, and Mohs hardness is above 9, second only to diamond.

2. High-temperature stability: It can still maintain a hardness of 8-10 GPa at a high temperature of 1200℃, and the oxidation rate is extremely low below 1400℃.

3. Excellent wear resistance: Friction coefficient is 0.02-0.1, and wear rate is 0.5-1.0×10⁻⁶ mm³/Nm.

4. Chemical inertness: It has extremely strong resistance to acids, bases, molten metals, and high-temperature gases (except hydrofluoric acid and concentrated strong alkalis).

5. Self-lubricating properties: A SiO₂ passivation film can be formed on the surface, reducing the friction coefficient.

Application Fields

1. Aerospace: Engine components, combustion chamber linings, radar radomes.

2. New Energy Vehicles: Battery system seals, motor drive components.

3. Mechanical Processing: Bearing rings, sealing rings, wear-resistant bushings.

4. Electronics and Electrical Engineering: Insulating components, circuit board substrates.

5. Chemical Equipment: Corrosion-resistant seals, reactor linings.

Supports custom specifications.
